Research Summary:

Dorsey Kaufmann lectures in Data Visualization and Design Informatics at the University of Edinburgh. Her research designs interactive information visualization interfaces to help people explore, communicate, and understand data. Her research further examines the use of visualization as a creative medium to increase data literacy and shape human cognition, attitudes and behaviour in relation to the natural environment.
